It’s exhilarating. No previous experience is required. We begin with a group warm-up and a shadow boxing session. Then you’ll spend time working on the bag, followed by interval training to condition your body and finish up toning your abs while listening to pumping music and having a sweaty great time.

Yes. You will get your own pair when you arrive. We try to stray away from using gear that belongs to someone else to maintain proper hygiene.

Boxing has been shown to be one of the most effective forms of exercise for weight loss. The combination of burning calories and building muscle leads to weight loss.

Do I need to "get in shape" before I start your classes?

A common misunderstanding is that you need to be 'in shape' before starting boxing training. This is completely false. Our classes are designed to allow our members to train 'at their own pace' while at the same time, giving the advanced student the opportunity to challenge themselves.

Will I be able to keep up if I've never boxed before?

Yes! All First Timers get a private training session to review basics and be ready to have some fun striking the bag with proper form.

Will there be other beginners in my class?

Absolutely. There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advanced students are always eager to help you get you on your way.

How many classes per week shoud I attend?

We have classes 6 days a week so the amount of classes you take is based on your own personal schedule. Most of our members train about 1-3 times per week and see great results.

What will I need for class?

Gloves, wraps, and traditional cross-training, running or boxing shoes to keep you light on your feet. Wear something that allows you to move freely and that you don’t mind getting drenched in sweat.

Will this make my kid a bully?

Respect is emphasized in our kids classes, as well as when to use and when not to use their new self-defense skills. Our students become more confident in standing up to bullies. And, as a result of their boxing lessons, they will be more humble and kind to others.

Do parents need to stay during class?

We do not require parents to remain in the classroom during classes. However, we have discovered that parents who participate in their children's boxing lessons form a strong bond as they watch their child grow in confidence and skill as they advance through the ranks. We believe that strong family units are important for our community.

What should my child bring to their first class?

Wear athletic clothing that you are comfortable in! It is not recommended to practice in a skirt.

Bring a water bottle to your boxing sessions. We have boxing classes for kids and adults that are both a great workout and a lot of fun! By the end of the class, most students are beaming from ear to ear. I'm sure you will be as well!

My child has ADHD. Will boxing help?

Yes! One of the best things about boxing classes is that it is an individual sport performed in a group setting. All of our students improve in terms of focus, self-control, discipline, and social skills. But here's the best part: they have no idea what our highly trained Kids Boxing Instructors are doing. They just think they're having a good time!

The best way to find out for yourself is to take advantage of our special offer, which is only available for a limited time. You'll find our team to be extremely helpful and dedicated to assisting your child in becoming the best version of themselves. Make your reservation right away! You'll be happy you did!

Can parents watch during class?

We encourage parents to monitor their children's boxing lessons. We love it when parents get involved! And so do their children. Even better, come to one of our adult boxing classes. Your children will appreciate the fact that you have something in common. It will strengthen family bonds!

Furthermore, if you desired some "me-time," Simply drop them off and go get a cup of coffee. When you return, they will greet you with a huge smile because they had SO MUCH FUN!

My child isn't very athletic. Will they feel left out?

Absolutely not. You will discover that boxing classes are the PERFECT sport for children who are not athletic. Kids boxing classes are truly an individual after-school activity that they participate in as a group.

Each student's path from beginner to advanced is unique. What they all have in common is that they improve cohesion, balance, motor skills, focus, and discipline. They also make a lot of great friends!

Our instructors are experts at teaching boxing to children. Really… It's their DREAM!

My child is addicted to video games. Will this help?

This is most likely the BEST kids activity for kids who sit a lot!

Our skill is to engage them in learning without them realizing it. Punching pads are such an effective stress reliever that children excel in all areas as a result of their boxing training.

Many parents report that once their children begin school, they witness the development of a happier, more social child right before their eyes. You'll be relieved that classes have begun!

Plus, most kids enjoy being ninjas!
